What is a supplier map?

A map covers the molecules and markets you buy for. It tiers every credible supplier, shows who already sells there, and adds the price corridor, market size, the intellectual property position, a Request for Information sheet and a source for every claim.

Why is the directory free?

We do not sell placement to suppliers. The directory is how buyers find us, and the research is what they pay for.

Do I need a work email?

Yes. Personal domains are blocked. Everyone on your company domain lands in the same workspace and shares the quota.

What never appears anywhere?

We never publish who is shipping to whom. Trade data appears in aggregate only, never as a single shipment or a named counterparty.

How does connecting with suppliers work?

On a paid plan, you pick suppliers straight from your map and tell us what you need. We contact each supplier, present your requirement, and hand the conversation to you when they respond. There is no extra charge.

What happens when I run out?

On a paid plan you can buy additional maps at $15 each, and the credits never expire while your plan runs. Maps you have already built remain available either way.

Why is buyer-map pricing not published?

Buyer maps are scoped to what you sell and the markets you want to enter, so pricing is agreed with sales. Write to support@pharmadb.ai and we will come back with a quote.
